BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY
Oops! Have you ever forgotten an appointment or had to cancel last minute? We’ve all been there, we know the feeling.
Unfortunately, in business, last minute cancellations and no-shows don’t mean that we have “spare time”. It means we have clients who could have had that appointment who are now missing out. It means our staff members hours and pays are affected. Due to an increase in last minute cancellation and no-shows, we have updated our booking and cancellation policy: All appointments that are longer than one hour will require credit card details upon booking. A fee will be charged for any changes or cancellations made on the day of your appointment. Have the sniffles? Feeling unwell at all? Children home from school sick? Please call to reschedule your appointment. Our ability to provide the best possible service to our clients depends on the health and wellbeing of our staff. If you visit the salon when you’re not well or bring your child when they are unwell, chances are it may lead to some of our staff and other clients coming down with the same illness. Please stay home and take care of yourself/your loved ones rather than coming in and potentially sharing your bug. Please call us to let us know you are not well enough to make it to your appointment as soon as you receive your reminder text message the day before.
