We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice or missed appointments will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking value.

Please note that cancellations made within an hour of your appointment time with incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the booking value.

Christmas is an extremely busy time of year for our salon.

We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice or missed appointments will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the booking value, with no exceptions.

If you fail to attend your appointment, a fee of 100% of the booking value will apply. This fee must be paid before the booking of another appointment.

For all appointments longer than 1 hour, a 50% deposit is required at booking.

Cancelling/rescheduling or failure to attend this booking on the day will forfeit this deposit towards your cancellation fee.

Unfortunately the salon is not a very child-friendly environment.

We understand that it is not always possible to attend your appointment child-free, however, we cannot guarantee their safety around our equipment.

Services that strictly request no children attend are:

Eyelash extension, eyelash lifts, spray tans, facials.
